Thank you for taking part in this experiment.

You will listen to a Japanese word which will be followed by another Japanese word.
Please use headphones for this experiment.
Please listen to the words carefully and decide whether the second word is related in meaning to the first word. Relying on your first intuition, rate each sentence on a scale from 1 (weak association) to 7 (strong association).

You can also listen to the sound files more than once before giving them a rating.

Please note that your native language should be Tokyo Japanese in order to participate in this experiment.
